Car is completely stock and complete. Has rust issues, spare tire pan, rocker kick panels, fender wells, other cosmetic places. Shock towers, floor boards are good. Not running but have in a shop trying to get running, fuel pump issue. Will have running by this week. It was $1000, but that was in 2011.

So after sending repeated messages to this guy with no answer, he updated his post on CL to say that he changed his mind and no longer is interested in selling it at this time.  If it was posted for a different price in 2011, does that mean that he's done this before where he strings people along and then doesn't end up selling his car?
