Gauge portion of 1 piece dash, or whole dash

My gauge section, of my 3 piece is toast.  I am looking for either another piece to replace it or will consider buying a whole 3 piece in decent shape

Finding a good replacement will be a challenge. Have you considered recovering it? I have seen some rubberized aerosols that could cover damage if you do the filling and prep work. There is a good YouTube video of a guy doing this on another vehicle and it looked great.

I did that with  this one bit it is so brittle it crumbles when even light touches    Rest of dash is decent-ish.
