Hi Bill,

 

I'll email you instructions, but in short:

 

1) Remove backing paper

2) Tape decal to dash

3) Use No. 2 pencil to transfer graphic (not arrows)

4) Repeat step #3 with paper on top (optional)

 

I would brush-on clear coat to make sure it lasts a long time.  Poly urethane is recommended-- do a quick search & maybe find a hobby shop brand that works.

I like to get one but don't have payment types you mentioned.  I can send a check but need your address.   My daughter lives in Seattle.  I can have her pick up since she is coming for Thanksgiving.

I am a little busy with work at the moment....let me PM you on Tuesday with mailing address and you can send the check.  I can also send your item in the mail which might be easier...I know there is lots of traffic around me so that might be best.
