  1. Hi Mo. I like to get one but don't have payment types you mentioned. I can send a check but need your address. My daughter lives in Seattle. I can have her pick up since she is coming for Thanksgiving.
  2. Is this a set of 4 and if so address in SF. I live by SFO. Hank

  5. Where was the posting of $23,000? I offered him $20,000 to show my interest but he replied with $26,500..$500 less than his eBay of $27,000. Perhaps that is why he is having a hard time selling. Hank
  6. I have a European 81 Baur TC (saphirblau). It has a 1.8 with K injection, 5 speed. I love the way this car runs and drives, more than my 76 2002! I will only sell when I'm too old to drive. My 76 was 49 state and since I live in California I had to put back the smog stuff. Long story short it is now legal, but I'm thinking of selling because love of the Baur. $15,000 is a fair price for a 79 Baur. I paid $23,000 for my 81. I was also tempted to do the M20 (inline 6) conversion but changed my mind after installing some Alpina recommended stuff. I'm happy with the 1.8 Hank
  7. Thank you. I am aware of both. Yes, the Texas car needs PPI. It came from Norway.
  8. Looking for 72-74 Touring. Minimal rust, well cared for exterior, interior and mechanical
  9. Does anybody know about this car for Sale-$17,000? According to seller the car is located in Kentucky and he is selling for his deceased father. Thanks, any experience and/or suggestions is much appreciated. Hank Szeto
  10. Almost perfect in many ways. Unmolested. Worth seeing in person with mask.Fjord Blue (color change-originally Polaris Silver) by previous owner. 90,000 miles California Smog compliant. No cracked dash or vinyl seats, minor tear in passenger handle. Navy blue seats (sheepskins not included), sunroof.Everything works as it should except heat lever (broken/disconnected?) and needs to be in Neutral to start (switch in transmission out of spec?) Runs great! If you are meticulous this probably is the car you are seeking.
  11. Thank you Harry. I don't know the value but there are new ones on e-Bay for $17 (free shipping). However it is 2 prong one and mine is 4. The seller said to combine the two identically marked wires. While he is right (the fours do have two identical wires) I'm not sure how that will work. So price I have budgeted is $25 total. I can always jumper the wires (by pass switch but I need to apply brake when starting engine. Don't like doing that. Hank
  12. It's an automatic and requires the Neutral Safety Switch.
  13. Thanks and your right Steve...pexiglas. My zip is 94010, Burlingame for shipping cost. Hank
  14. Thanks for the reply Stan. The deflector has to have two mounting clips. Pictures would be great. How much including shipping. Where are you located? Hank
  15. Looking for working pump and wind deflector for sunroof that uses two clips.
  16. Still looking for one, and any leads on where to buy one are appreciated. Thanks!
  17. Does any one have one or where I can get a nice cover (chrome not peeling/letters legible)?
  18. Thanks. I think I got what I need. If I need more I'll reach out. Hank
  19. Interested in the California smog stuff. is it 74, 75 or 76? Preference is 76 . How much and estimate shipping. What city and state are you in? Perhaps pictures if not too much trouble. Thanks Steve. Hank
  20. Thank you for some potential resources and I'll keep my eyes open for Forum classified. MY only rant is 'how many 76s are running around...even in California'. I'm convinced the state just doesn't want old cars around. Hank
  21. Thanks again Steve. I'm missing some components according to the 49 state diagram. I was not successful in locating some items so figured I'd try the California route, since the car resides here. Came from Florida. Hank
  22. Thanks Steve for the reply. I was aware there were two versions (California and 49 state). Are you saying the 49 state may pass in California, provided the 49 state has all the components? I just signed up for this forum so where should I go to find further topics on this subject. Thanks again, Hank
  23. I have a 76 2002 (49 state exempt, automatic). Looking for 76 or 75 California Smog Equipment. Preferably in Northern California and complete.
