I think you can get those new from Koni at roughly the same price, FWIW.  That's what I was planning to buy for my car.

Wish I knew where to get these 6 months ago when I was looking for shocks. I waited 3 months for my bilstiens out of Germany. That was before I knew of this forum.

Naz,-Don't feel bad about it, the bilStein shock absorbers are better. I wore out a set of KONIs once, and have never worn out a set of BiStein shocks absorbers on the streetcar. You did just fine. Your car is going to be awesome.

...yeah, I wouldn't consider a 3 month wait for shocks from Bilstein to be too bad when you're talking about a 50 year old car.  That's just me though.
