Yes, they'll fit.  The '71 doors will lack the crash reinforcements of a U.S.-spec '75 door, but they will certainly fit.

And...you'll have to mark and drill holes for the lower side moulding, as at least the early 71s didn't have them.  But otherwise, they're identical.
