engine and drivetrain Ordering Vacuum Lines

I have a 74 tii, and I want to replace all the vacuum lines.

Does anyone have a list of the sizes and lengths I need to order to replace everything?

I replaced a number of mine yesterday.  Ive done it on a few other projects of mine.  I just buy a vacuum line kit with different sizes like something like this:  http://www.amazon.com/Metric-Silicone-Vacuum-Lines-Sizes/dp/B00EV55NI4 .  I pull the old one, measure it, cut the new one to size and put it on.  At the end I check for leaks and usually have no issues.
