tii Enrichment return sprinq query

Are these fitted to all tii's? Here is a photo of the setup on my '74tii which shows a single piece enrichment lever with no place for a return spring:

This is a photo taken from jgerock's post on this forum showing a two piece lever with the return spring.

Am I missing something, or are there variations on the setup over the years?

There are variations. Some use the tension spring, some (like yours) use a compression spring on the warm up regulator shaft.

as lilmo says, they are different. Look under your big top hat washer and you will see the spring in yours.
