Tii airbox carbon fiber?

Just an idle question - has anyone ever created a carbon fiber version of the stock tii airbox? I know there are ti versions, and also some use an aftermarket cold air intake, with a carbon fiber tube, but has anyone done a version of the standard tii airbox?

OK judging from the number of views and nearly total lack of response, my guess is the answer is no.

I am currently looking into and been quoted anywhere from 8 to 1500 dollars to do it. The initial tooling cost is where the money is. Tooling is 1K and the box itself is 300.

Thanks for the update! I would be curious to know how they might go about it. As it is, it's a pretty complex little thing, being in three pieces. I have often thought it could be simplified somehow.... but don't know how, really.
