Windshield Locking Strip replacement, any tricks/tips?

Like CD said, soak in hot water to soften it up first. I used the Bav Auto tool and a bottle of Windex last time. Windex makes it glide right in like nothing. Took me no more than 10 minutes from start to finish. Keep spraying the section you're working on w/ the windex as you make your way around.

And don't forget to have fun!

You don't understand Alf. He's the islands old school go to guy from the mother land. He drinks beer like blunt drinks coffee. I was at his house, and I kid you not he had like 100 empty cases on his lanai (porch).
