To save on bandwith i just hosted the pics on picassa and put the descriptions here. All parts are b/o and will be shipped either USPS or UPS (buyers choice) from Pittsburgh, Pa. I travel to lancaster pa to visit with the inlaws. Next trip will probably be over Easter. Willing to meet up out there if need be.

If there are other early tii parts that you are intrested in please lmk. I'm still going through my stash, taking pics, etc.

Info:

Early Tii Dash

The dash seems to be in fairly good shape. it's got a few cracks, but the rest isn't rotten and falling apart. $150 + shipping.

k-fish

this is used, but still in good shape. it turns w/out a problem. would make a great back up or to keep for a rebuild. $250 + shipping.

used warm up regulator.

This was on the k-fish that is also listed.

It's a bit corroded but looks certainly usable. you can push the valve in and out w/some slight force (it's not stuck)

$150 b/o + shipping

muffler

This looks like it's never been used but for some reason the pipe is rusted. I don't get it. maybe it's where or how the PO had it stored?

SOLD

rear sway bar

good and straight. $40? b/o + shipping

fuel pump

the body of it looks a bit corroded, but i think that it's still usable. SOLD

injector fuel lines

all but one look good. it has the end broken off.

$50 b/o + shipping

black coil

bosch coil. should be good. $40? b/o + shipping

clock

looks REALLY good w/bezel. i haven't tested it but it shouldn't be a problem. $200 b/o + shipping

plastic intake runners

All look good. One has a slight crack in it (it's the one that all the close ups are of). not broken off but pretty close. I think if you put some epoxy on it

it shouldn't be a problem SOLD

Early Tii block w/pistons, tan rear seats, black rear seats in good shape, tan and black door panels, all comming soon...

Hi Dave

Thanks for the reply.

I did not receive an email, you may want to check the email address to ensure that there is no "o" in gandersn@pacbell.net. An IT guy set it up that way along time ago I just kept it that way...

Thanks again

BMW Neue Klasse - a birth of a Sports Sedan

Unveiling of the Neue Klasse Unveiled in 1961, BMW 1500 sedan was a revolutionary concept at the outset of the '60s. No tail fins or chrome fountains. Instead, what you got was understated and elegant, in a modern sense, exciting to drive as nearly any sports car, and yet still comfortable for four.   The elegant little sedan was an instant sensation. In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new

History of the BMW 2002 and the 02 Series

In 1966, BMW was practically unknown in the US unless you were a touring motorcycle enthusiast or had seen an Isetta given away on a quiz show.  BMW’s sales in the US that year were just 1253 cars.  Then BMW 1600-2 came to America’s shores, tripling US sales to 4564 the following year, boosted by favorable articles in the Buff Books. Car and Driver called it “the best $2500 sedan anywhere.”  Road & Track’s road test was equally enthusiastic.  Then, BMW took a cue from American manufacturers,

    The BMW 2002 Production Run

BMW 02 series are like the original Volkswagen Beetles in one way (besides both being German classic cars)—throughout their long production, they all essentially look alike—at least to the uninitiated:  small, boxy, rear-wheel drive, two-door sedan.  Aficionados know better.   Not only were there three other body styles—none, unfortunately, exported to the US—but there were some significant visual and mechanical changes over their eleven-year production run.   I’ve extracted t
