FS: Tii strut housing w/ hub and left or right backing plate

I've got a used Tii strut housing with hub for sale. This is a replacement strut housing pulled from a parts car (as in manufactured more recently than 1973). Good condition, no bearings. I can install bearings for additional $, but i figured I'd leave it naked in case somebody wants to blast and paint the little guy (I've got no blaster access). I've also got a left and a right backing plate, both are covered with surface rust but no rust-through. Real OEM wants about $650 for the strut housing, and about $350 for the hub. That's just crazy. What's the going rate for these things used? Half that, maybe? Make an offer. I'll post a pic after work.

i have an orphan NOS tii strut i picked up for $200 complete with plastic cover over the spindle, last spring.
