Can someone identify the owner of this Isetta? CONFIRMED!

Raine,

RIMSPOKE had both Isettas at V&V. My recollection is that the one in your picture is a modified chop-top that had been upgraded from the stock 300cc motor to a 700cc engine. To fit the 700cc engine, Rimspoke cut a second panel into the side of the Isetta... that was masterfully done.

Here are a few of pictures of the other Isetta which I was fortunate to ride in (check out the size of the postage stamp sized gas pedal and left handed shifter mount). It has the stock 300cc engine. Both beautiful cars - hope you are well.
