If the person selling an item is located outside the country, there are extra fees associated with the transaction.
I recently paid for an item and the shipping container arrived empty. Having used purchase vs f&f is likely the only thing that will help me recover any money -

Little odd to be on the answering end of questions.

I believe that goes on the vent window mechanism.

The plates need to be installed under the fender so that they take the load and spread it on the top of the fender. As it is mounted now, you only have the bold heads that will support they load.
and there is usually a spacer that sits on top where the insert is not threaded.

Thanks for the help! Keep in mind your audience (that's me), has the mechanical intelligence of a six grader. Here is a picture from below. Doesn't the C shaped plate serve to attach the top plate, spreading the load over a wider area? Should the C shaped plate be on top with the attached bolts facing down.
Thanks again

Yup- even a chunk of water pipe will do just fine. It's a problem
with the original strut design needing the shank, and the GC plates
not wanting them.

TobyB- Seen posts about the noise the GC plates make. Any way to minimizethis? -

I have the Ground Control adjustable camber plates. There is a 1cm space at the top of the strut that is not threaded so the nut that secures the strut cannot come into contact with the top plate of the GC parts (plate the arrow points to. Am I doing something wrong, (likely scenario), part missing, design...
Thanks,

Realoem doesn't have the diagram for it.
It's the front firewall, outer section.
So it is a part of the firewall, and not a separate, identifiable part?

Purchased a refurbished glove box from CoupeKing. Arrived well packed, box in good condition, but the side tab had broke off. Messaged CoupeKing and they offered to send out a replacement, just send pictures, return the box, etc. They have been great to deal with, don't want to burn their profit margin if the missing tab won't affect function/what not.
My question is whether the missing tab on the left side will affect use/alignment/appearance in any way? My car is in pieces, having a hard time seeing what the function of that tab is.
Picture #1- Right side for comparison
Picture #2- Broken tab on the left side
Picture #3- Another picture of the broken tab on the left side
Thanks,

So tempting. Now I remember why I don't look at the cars for sale section.

Anyone from the Seattle/Portland area going to Brisbane? If you could bring a steering box back rebuilt by Einspritz I would chip in for gas.
Thanks,

have you checked with Jack Fahuana out your way, he is listed here in the supplier / vendor list
When you call him, as soon as he answers hit record on your phone. He will provide more information in five minutes about our cars/engines than most people could in an hour. No chance you can write it all down, believe me I have tried.
