    Hello, and first off, apologies if this isn’t the right place to post this question. I came across this ad for an 02 for sale. I submitted contact info from the website, but have had no luck with the owner reaching out. I’m not even sure if it’s still for sale. The ad is on Yupyi, which is very unfamiliar to me. Is this ad real? I couldn’t find this posting on any other sites. I am also wondering if the owner is part of this community or if anyone is familiar with the the car.     I spoke to the seller, and he preferred to keep it private. It is a California roundie car, now kept in a garage in Ohio. He purchased it from California and has been restoring it since. The only rust is on the front valence which he provided pictures. He agreed to allow a specialist come and check out the car. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I am in the same boat as you, looking for a car far from where I live. I am curious as to how you are checking the VIN. I would like to do some research on the car I am looking at as well, but am not sure how to run the VIN. Any suggestions?     Hello everyone, I'm looking to purchase a car from the east coast. I have talked to the individual by phone. He seems very knowledgeable about the car, explained everything in details, provided pictures for everything and seems to be very reasonable. I probably will not be able to see the car to complete the sale in person. I want to know what you guys might recommend as the best way to handle a non-face-to-face transaction. What should I look for from your experience? Also, I read here that escrow.com is a good method of completing the transaction. Should that be the best way to send the money? What are your thoughts?     Hello, Sorry if this might be a newbie question. What are these two rectangular rear lights (shown in the picture)? I see some cars with and some without them. Is it possible to remove them? I personally think it looks much nicer without those lights. Once removed, I imagine there will be holes in place of those lights? PS: I am currently looking to buy an 02, and do not have my own to remove them and see whats on the other side! Thank you, DSW
