Finishing up the Dynapad sound insulation install, almost ready to start installing the carpet…

Greg stopped by yesterday two days in a row…we changed out the tires on his car and then he helped me install the rear bumper… it’s like that Johnny Cash song one piece at a time…

Greg Resa stopped by today and helped me install the front bumper and hood…with the help of my friends i’m getting it done…

My son Kane brought his car over today, my original car I purchased at 19…his driver side rear bearing is going out…ordered replacements today from Blunttect.

What I did to make my 1975 turkis automatic more fun to drive was to replace the clock with a tachometer, installed a 32/36 weber, 123 distributor and I drive it like a standard first gear 4000 rpm/ second gear 4000 and then drive….

Today we are taking these two to their wedding, like always hoping for a good/ long relationship…they are planning to move in on my Ceylon car soon…it started last night!

Just rattle Can safety yellow but multiple sand and repaint sand and repaint cycles, too get a “thick” layer…

I feel the same as Steve, it’s my tactile relationship with the car knowing every nut / bolt, the sounds it makes and why, knowing everything about the car it is part of my bonding relationship with it…

in this instance all I can think about is somebody did not deserve a turbo if they weren’t gonna take care of it…

 Looking at my 72 Ceylon tii project in amazement feeling like the cobbler in the morning after the Elves came overnight and made the shoes… Been away for three weeks and with the help of my friends my engine is almost ready to start.

We attended the Vintage in Saratoga springs New York in our Inka 73 tii today, a wonderful time was had by all…
