  1. Hi, I am having problems with the site. I cannot reply to PM's, nor can I start any new posts. I can go through the process to start one, but I Cannot enter anything in the dialog box. I tried to submit this through the site problems tag, but cannot do that either.

    Thanks

    Ross

I had one more person who reported something similar. It was computer dependent. Worked fine on the laptop, but not desktop.  Can you see if you can clear all your browser cache and cookies. If that does not fix the problem, can you disable all browser extensions and see of that resolves things.

      Thanks,

      Steve K

  2. I replied via PM, but for everyone's info, this bar will not fit an S14 swap.
  3. Ireland Engineering adjustable front swaybar. Only used for last years autocross events. The only reason I'm selling it is that I had to get the drop center bar to clear the oil pan on my M42. I'll even include the new hardware just so I don't have to box it up, I'll ship it in the same box my new bar came in. $160 plus shipping No dibs oO, first contact , PM or otherwise (popular topic) Thanks
  4. You can see my hacky work in the close up picture, it stripped the undercoating from the fenderwell, so i took the massage tool (5lb) and proceeded to reshape that area. That allowed the wheel to turn more, but that still at full lock. Then I shaved 7mm from the mounting pad of the wheel. It still slightly rubs, but hasn't made it through the primer under the undercoat. It does rub slightly on the inner part of the tire, but there's not much I can do with that. I think I'd like to go with a 15x8 with a 15mm offset and see how that works, but I'll have to wait for the 2002 reserve to build back up after the M42 and LSD swap.
  5. The rear Bilsteins on mine kept the suspension on mine from drooping far enough for the spring to get loose.
  6. I'm doing some front end work this weekend. I'll get some pictures of my neanderthal/redneck work for you.
  7. That is how mine were before I switched to coilovers, they sit fine when the car is lowered to the ground. The wire is needed if you plan to get airborne. Only wire one end of the springs. PS: The PO of my car had cut a set of H&R's in HALF, then used plastic zip ties to hold the springs to the perch. It was a pretty bouncy ride sitting on the bump stops.
  8. So true. I have the same size setup as the OP. The flares clearanced themselves at the first day of autox, but I had to do some cutting of the lower front edge of the fenders, plus a little hammer massage of the inner rear footwells. Even after that, I decided to take 7mm from the mounting pads of the wheels. Now it only rubs at full lock in hard corners.
  9. I'm pretty sure he had said $600. The M42 swap is up and running, I pulled the diff last night to start an LSD swap. Let me know when you get back.
  10. Morning, Jim. I don't want to seem like I'm trying to sell you something, but it sure appears that way. I don't know if you remember him, but a guy that I autocross with (He has the blueTriumph TR6) is toying with the idea of selling his Recaros. If you'd like, we can run over to Newell and check them out.
  11. This site helps with finding wacky (these days) tire sizes. -http://www.tiretab.com/search_sizes/
  12. When wiring in the c101 connector to the 2002 chassis, I assume the 2002 voltage regulator is discarded, and I can run the D+ wire to the connector. Is this right? Thanks
  13. I feel that the fees are reasonable since it allows me to get payment for parts immediately, plus it makes shipping easier and gives both of us some peace of mind.
  14. You should ask this in general discussion to get more eyes on it.
  15. Click on my name, then you should see the option for a message.
  16. Fits great, I ran it on my '02 all last year.
  17. Sorry, it's sold. You must have posted just as I marked it sold
  18.
