oil leak from valve cover

hey guys got a little prob there is a constant oil leaking from the top left side closest to the carb i change the gasket but nothing seems to help and tips i should know

Sounds like your valve cover may be warped

are you tightening the valve cover bolts equally and not over much? should only be like 10-15 lbs (i think) and tighten them like you do lug nuts, that is, do one, tthen he one across from that one and so on, not all in series, if that makes any sense. It's early and No coffee yet.

Alternatively, since you changed the valve cover (assuming it's not bent too) and the gasket, that would leave the head to be warped or otherwise uneven. Does it leak between head and block?
