I drive the SR51 northbound weekdays at 6 PM and have never seen the 02 you speak of. However, last Wednesday, I spotted that black roundie with turbo flares that had just sold on eBay. It was being trailered through a residential neighborhood in Scottsdale. I pulled up next to the driver to ask if he had just purchased it and he said no. I assume he was just the transport service. I was going to follow the 2002 to its new owner, but the driver could not find the residence…. and then I lost my patience.

Wasn't me, I drive the 60 and 101 every day and mine's Verona......kinda.

All of us valley residents need to get together for a drive now that it is getting cooler!

I would like that too. My '70 is down to the shell awaiting paint. So I won't be driving an 02, unless somebody let's me ride along with them.

The local BMW car club is having their Fall drive this Saturday. I can't make that, but, I would be up for a Sunday morning 2002 drive sometime in October.

How about a mini-meet at a coffee shop or something one saturday am. We could meet in a location central to most of us....then a drive for those that want to? I'm sure everyone has LOTS of things to do on the weekends, so we can keep it short...an hour or two.....(our significant others won't even know we were gone...)

We can schedule this for sometime later in October....any takers..or any other ideas?
