Talk to Jimmy directly, he does this as side work.

He can do shiny zinc coating or add the yellow dichromate to the shiny zinc. He has done nuts and bolts for me, headlight buckets, seat rails, etc. The small stuff is priced on a "lot" basis, the larger stuff is by the piece. Clean it as much as possible - no paint.
