1976 2002 Parts needed!!!

Received a 1976 2002 from my son for Fathers Day. Car is in pieces and parts. Been stored for over 5 years. Looks like everything is there, but... the previous owner had started an engine tear down, and ALL the bolts for the engine are missing...nowhere to be found.

Looking for all required hardware and overhaul/rebuild kits.

Check out www.realoem.com. It's an on-line catalogue of BMW parts with diagrams, part numbers, etc. It's a must for every 2002 owner. Plus, they have links to good parts supliers like Bavauto, Pelican, and AutohauzAZ.

Ken, I have a 1976 complete engine and automatic tranny that I want to get rid of. I am restoring my fathers '76- 2002 and am putting in an s14. The drivetrain I don't need. For a small fee I will ship it to you if you want it. The carb has been removed tha rest of the engine is their. We took the car off the road 15 yrs ago. The engine has been stored inside always! BTW are you related to any of the Baxters from Wichita Kansas. Bill Baxter
