engine and drivetrain Engine Rebuild in Vancouver, BC area - need a good shop

This winter I plan on dealing with some "minor" body rust and repainting the car. I'd like to do the job "right" and pull the engine out to paint the engine bay. While I've got the engine out, I might as well get the head done and maybe a hone job and new rings, cam, etc. Any thoughts would be great! Thanks in advance!
