Help on an A/C installation on a tii.

The tii uses a stub pulley: the actual pulley that the v-belt rides in is bolted to the front of this stub pulley and sticks out of course beyond the front cover. Directly behind the v-belt pulley concealed by the black front cover (the black plastic cover must in fact be cut to allow the A/C drive belt to pass through it, this is mentioned in the factory installation instructions that I received from BEHR and gave a copy to Mike Macartney of Jaymic who then passed it on to Bob Murphy when he was visiting Jaymic in England) is the toothed portion for the Kugelfischer pump belt. Located behind the toothed portion also hidden by the black plastic front cover is the A/C belt pulley which is built into the stub pulley and cannot be removed! This unique tii A/C pulley is very rare and expensive if you can find one. I believe when they were available they were sold for something like 150.00.
