71 Malaga for sale

Description:

Selling my stepfather's 71 Malaga (his 73 Tii is also for sale).  This one is a nice driver - not perfect but certainly not a dog.  Engine - strong - no blue smoke coasting down in 3rd - weber carb (w/ manual choke). Transmission - shifts smooth with no 2nd gear syncro issues.  Exterior - nice period BBS missing one center cap - paint looks very nice BUT there is a little rust popping up on the lip of the trunk lid and there was damage at some point near the left rear wheel - looks like a little body filler there - chrome in good shape but some pitting beginning in a couple places.  Interior - dash - yep - it is cracked - front seats recovered but back seat not as fluffy, no holes or spring impressions yet.  Headliner is nice but the light needs to be replaced.  The carpet is good but the chrome sticker on the door cards is starting to peel.  There is a Nardi steering wheel so old it needs to be refinished. 

The car is located in Santa Fe, NM and I am in Atlanta.  I can send more pics and answer relevant questions (not ones like what are the differences between this car and mine - use google for that) for serious buyers.  Once we determine this may be the 02 for you we can schedule a trip to see the car.
