Where to purchase clamps...

I was told that the clamps (as shown on the image attached and highlighted with red arrows - thank you, whomever posted this image on the site) are not correct  on my car.  I would like to buy NOS or exact replacements (can be used in good condition) for these.  Firstly, I don't know what that smaller line is for, and, what the specific name and size is of those clamps in question.   I thought there used to be an on-line manual for the 2002 and the 2002 tii, but can't locate that either...

By the way you posted in the wrong section. This section is the the dual Carburetor 2002ti not the tii
