Any idea what is the difference between Headlining (#1) and Cover (#6)

Could #6 be the bit of formed cardboard material that's above the headliner at the rear edge which enables the air "slot" above itself to ensure the headliner doesn't get pressurized and balloon down on the autobahn ?
