Would anyone know if they'd fit these 13" wheels?

They are from the earlier style steel wheels. I'm 99.9% sure they will not fit those wheels, they might sit on them, but they won't stay on, the mechanism that holds them on is for a different shape.

The full wheel covers do not fit the styled steel rims of the square taillight cars, as shown here on a Mintgrun example — with chrome trim rings. The full wheel covers fit on the round taillight steel rims, as shown below.
