engine and drivetrain SOT: I'm goin racin' baby!!!!

My brother and I WERE going to race a '91 Civic SI that we have in Improved Touring for the 2004 season...it has some rust issues..but we found this car for $750CDN. No engine, and stock suspension, but at least its a solid shell, and has a cage in it. We have a few SI engines/trannies in the shop, and if we don't wanna spring the $$$ for real suspension in season 1, I can take the Tokicos and stiff springs off my '91 SI daily driver, as well as the 15x6.5 Rotas with Azenis to get us through for a bit. Not like we'll be competitive the first year anyways .

So really, all we need is a seat, a harness, and our apparal (yeah, I know what the pricing on that is, I've been 'in the scene' for 3 or so years)
