15X7" E30 BBS baskets fit on unflared 2002? (ET24)

subject says it all (almost). I have a set of BBS 15x7" Basketweave wheels from an E30, offset is ET24. How likely is it that these will fit an '02 without flares?

I am running a 205/50/15 tire and it does rub a little if I hit some hard bumps still working on getting the fenders rolled enough. My car is also lowered about 1.5 inches
