tires and wheels tire sizes for bottlecap wheels?

Can I fit 205-50-14's on bottlecap wheels? I have 195's and they fit fine but haven't heard of anyone doing 205's on them. Thanks guys. I just need that little more contact patch for the M20 unitl I can afford some fat wheels.

You might need a small spacer. I have a 1986 325 and I am putting 205's on the bottlecaps, it's a common size tire upgrade for the wheels.

for autocross and there is very little clearance between the tire and strut. In hard cornering they have actually touched the strut.

I have maybe 1/4" at best between tire and strut. Tires rub something on driveways or if I hit dips in the road at say 30+mph. Stock suspension except for removed strut-top spacer and Bilstein HDs.

I can't believe that 205s would be very driveable without spacers and flared fenters.

How about in the rear? I just need them for back there to hook up the power.
