Hi there,

I've run out of time to finish this car and I think it is time to sell. I would like $2,500obo for everything, the car will be on the stock 13" wheels. I would like $3,000 with the Rial wheels shown which are 15x7 and 15x8 and imported form Poland with brand new Dunlop Direzza's with 250 miles on them.

I'm not interested in parting the car. I just want it all gone.

Here is a list of part the car has installed / will come with. I'm sure I'm missing a few things.

Bilstein with IE Stage 2 Springs
Brand new strut mounts (need to be installed)
Brand new mechanical fuel pump
Weber 32/36 (installed) with ITG filter with Sync Link
Weber 40 dcoe's (not installed, no manifolds)
Stahl Header
Brand new IE Tii Mechanical Advance distributor
Brand new Bavauto 8mm spark plug wires
Brand new Bosch blue coil
Megajolt Distributorless Ignition setup
Ford EDIS-4 and new Ford Coil for Megajolt
Akg shift tower mounts
Brand new gas tank from Blunttech
Various sheet metal parts including passenger door
160k M20 2.7 bottom end
Getrag 242 4 speed trans to bolt to m20
2002 Haus m20 swap motor mounts
Brand new Behr VW Scirocco Radiator for m20 swap
Spare m10 from a '76 that came disassembled
E21 Recaro's
Momo Super Indy steering wheel
A set euro bumpers

As you can see, you could go with a number of options on the m10 or begin an m20 swap.

The body is in rough shape. I tried to take pictures of the worst. The front fenders were originally silver and have been temporarily resprayed. The paint has a lot of scratches and small dents. The PO did some interesting and poor repairs on the body to try and fix some rust. If I was keeping the car I had planned on stripping it to a shell, but for everyday driving I didn't care.

BMW Neue Klasse - a birth of a Sports Sedan

Unveiling of the Neue Klasse Unveiled in 1961, BMW 1500 sedan was a revolutionary concept at the outset of the '60s. No tail fins or chrome fountains. Instead, what you got was understated and elegant, in a modern sense, exciting to drive as nearly any sports car, and yet still comfortable for four.   The elegant little sedan was an instant sensation. In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new

History of the BMW 2002 and the 02 Series

In 1966, BMW was practically unknown in the US unless you were a touring motorcycle enthusiast or had seen an Isetta given away on a quiz show.  BMW’s sales in the US that year were just 1253 cars.  Then BMW 1600-2 came to America’s shores, tripling US sales to 4564 the following year, boosted by favorable articles in the Buff Books. Car and Driver called it “the best $2500 sedan anywhere.”  Road & Track’s road test was equally enthusiastic.  Then, BMW took a cue from American manufacturers,

    The BMW 2002 Production Run

BMW 02 series are like the original Volkswagen Beetles in one way (besides both being German classic cars)—throughout their long production, they all essentially look alike—at least to the uninitiated:  small, boxy, rear-wheel drive, two-door sedan.  Aficionados know better.   Not only were there three other body styles—none, unfortunately, exported to the US—but there were some significant visual and mechanical changes over their eleven-year production run.   I’ve extracted t
