Targa in Rome

My brother took these pictures of a Targa he saw in Rome, Italy in 2/2005. No VIN, idea who the owner is or where the car is now....

Hi Tom,

I was originally going to send you a note, but I only had one lousy pic. I asked my brother if he had more, and he sent me the others, which had the license plate too. They might be key in tracking it down, good luck!
