1972 bmw 2002tii sunrrof car for sale 9000.00

Here we go , i never thought i would be putting my tii up for sale.I am selling my 1972 bmw 2002tii.This is a very solid 2002tii. There is no rot in the major rot areas , Such as shock towers,front frame rails, Floors , pedal box, trunk rockers. I bought the car years ago and and it did not run nor did the brakes work. I replaced all the brakes and when i say that i mean everything! Replaced fuel lines and flushed out gas and the car fired right up. The car needs to be tuned and gone over before driving. There are 3 rust spot one on the trunk deck , passenger side fender and drivers wheel well. Once that id fixed the car needs to be painted. The interior is in great condition and is original with the original radio still in the car which is rare. The seats have NO rips and are nice. The dash has one very small crack. It is a sunroof car and the sunroof does function correctly. Has bmw 320i wheels with new tires! The trim and grilles are in very good condition for a 30+ year old car. Has factory a/c which was taken off but all the parts will come with.I am asking 9000.00 that's exactly what i have into it so far and you cant find these tiis that have not been butchered or a complete rust bucket.
