as the title states up for sale is my m10 with 5speed conversion, Still in my 02 so you can test drive it, run a comp check or whatever you need to do. Swap will come with everything you need to convert your 02 to 5spd for more info feel free to call me at 818 703 2097, Selling to go with a different swap. Don't really have a price in mind so shoot me a reasonable offer, lowballers will be ignored.

What is the condition of the motor and tranny? I realize I can test it, but a better description would help. Thanks.

According to the previous owner of the car, the head was rebuilt not too long ago, the engine runs good and pulls good through all gears. the transmission might need a throwout bearing but not 100% sure, and it has the normal play in the shifter linkage.
