Help please with 1974 BMW 2002 Needs a new home/photos

My son recently pass and I now have a car that I really have no time to finish. I have been told that the car its worth about $2500. Its running very well and just passed smog. Its a fun car to drive and runs strong. I also have lots of spare parts here. I need it all gone but do want a fair price for it. I have a near perfect dash, and back seat that are part of the deal. I am just testing the waters and would like to know the value. Tx, Steve

The good:

New clutch, master cylinder and pressure plate

New starter

New webber carb

New alternator

New heater fan and heater core

Windshield washers work

Strut towers are rust free

Body is very straight

The bad:

Rust around the widow frames

Rust hole in rear floor

Needs CV boots

Interior needs lots of TLC
