WTB: 02 roundie mid-72 thru 73

You've probably heard this lament before: I had a '73 over 40 years ago, and loved it. Bought it new in Dec '72 from Helmut Erhart at Ridgefield European Motors in CT ('member him, anyone?). My favorite car of all time. Never forgot it. Not too long ago, I had an opportunity to take out another one (not for sale) for a drive, and those good old feelings all came rushing back. Once an '02 gets into your blood, that's it. Guess I don't have to explain, right? Anywayz, I'm hooked. Again. So I'm looking for another roundie. Gotta be a roundie! mid-'72 thru '73, preferably with an E12 head. I'm in Orange County NY, so pretty much anything in the greater NY/NJ/CT area is fine. I can't chance buying a 'sight-unseen' car on the Bay or Craglist; I want to see it up close and personal. Usual disclaimers apply: can't afford a concours, but it should run well, be as rust-free and unmolested as possible, etc, etc. My budget is in the neighborhood of $10K, give or take. Sunroof? Sure, if it isn't a rust problem. I doubt there'd be a decent tii in that price range, but hey, if you've got one, we can talk.
