I have 2 battery trays from earlier years. 74-76 are welded in. if non oem spec is okay, just drill some holes and use the early tray. $25 plus shipping.

or locate an e30 battery relo kit here on FAQ and mount battery in trunk. average $50 per used kit plus $20 for a marine battery box.

I'd actually recommend you consider a similar location to either under the rear seat or in the trunk, but if you really want to keep things original you can have mine for whatever it costs to ship it. Let me know if you'd like a picture.
