Anyone know why RealOEM gives two part numbers for this part?

Could it be two different suppliers for the same part?

i think you are confused. the 213 is the latest part number for the RIGHT side. for the longest time, it was 11 81 1 104 588. that now has been superseded to the 213 number. the 625 is the latest part number for the LEFT side, but ROUND(rund). the round mount came on the very early cars, and there is a metal container that goes around it. pretty much everyone now uses the RECTANGULAR(rechteckig), 11 81 1 109 352, which is a better mount, imho.

My mistake. The two left mounts are those ending in 352 and 625 and I will use the rectangular one, 352. Thanks for the help.
