Crazy temp gauge - with video

Ok, my temp gauge has been flipping out lately. The video link below is after about 5 minutes at idle. Temp at the top of the radiator was reading about 150º as this was happening. Temp sending unit was replaced about 6 months ago as was the thermostat.

Is this a burping issue or a grounding issue? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

before even looking at the video, my answer was ground problem with cluster. after looking at the video, confirmed.

No fun having a temp gauge you don't trust in Atlanta in July.

If the temp gauge show the water temp higher when u turn ur head lights or any rear or front lights thats the another reason for the cluster ground problem
