Unfortunately been limited with time lately, great weekend this past weekend and opted for working on the car some (in lieu of building fence and painting windows!). Hope to make more progress over the coming weeks.

Update from this past weekend. Just really need to sort out the glue versus rivet deal and I can be in pretty good shape with these in a few weeks.

Today's glues are very strong. Rivets can be used while glue is curing but I would take them out then.

Thanks Tommy, I am using Clecko pins to hold everything together. Going to go with the glue/epoxy after talking with numerous people - apparently if done correctly stronger than steel welded together. I was able to get the right side (passenger) mocked up last weekend, ran into an interesting dilemma with regard to the upper part of the flare and where it ties into the nose, will post some images up over the weekend to show what I am talking about.

if you use rivets you must remove them before paint as they will get loose and you will have circles showing up in the finish tony
