Is it too much of a faux-pas to just show up and talk a little bit? I don't really have the time/money to do the autocross, I'd just like to walk around for an hour.

Thanks, will do. I'd love to caravan but I only live about 20 minutes north of Chicago, so unless I take special precaution to meet up with some group coming straight from Milwaukee, I'll be coming by myself. I would join everybody in all the events, but I'm unemployed at the moment and the $40 is almost impossible for me to justify right now.
