    0.027" inches. when it should only be 12 to 0.013 I am sure the customer would be happy, and it would do wonders for my warranty

    any one getting bad ring gaps on new GOETZE rings. like 0.027 on std bore way off.

    My little bit. A brand new factory block, the bore has a taper to the bottom, this is why you see a ring gap measurement from the bottom. once the cylinder has been bored this takes the taper out and is now close to a perfect tube. Now you can take the measurement from the top if you like. I like using cast-iron rings, as the gapping tolerance is the same from vehicle to vehicle measured From bore size. however original M10 gaps are quite large I suppose that is the composition of the ring material.

    why does it say700kg then 780kg is it a wet/dry weight on my id. others have different weights in yet I believe the cars were over 900kg

    It appears the turbo flares only give you one inch out from the panel - the lip about 1.5 no a lot for anyone looking for the dish look. Are all turbo flares the same width?
