    Large diameter rally light lot. One pair Marchal 709 medium driving light beam. One pair Cibie Oscar medium driving light beam. One pair reproduction wide beam fog lights, similar in design to the Marchals. Good chrome on Marchals and fog lights, not concours perfect, but driver nice. 709s and one Oscar will need new bulbs. Oscars have some dings in back of buckets and need painted. Prefer local pick but will ship if buyer pays actual shipping cost. PayPal only. $225, will consider reasonable offers.

    Dave, I believe I am also experiencing the vertical play issue you described. Twice now, from a stop the car has died. I found the rotor was hitting the top of the cap and breaking the tab that holds it in place on the shaft. I found there is about a 16th of an inch vertical play in the shaft. I have never rebuilt a distributor, is the shim kit install something that i will need specialized tools for?

    On my way to work this morning I experienced a massive overheat which culminated in a sputter and engine stall as I arrived at the office. I only have a 15 minute drive so I'm assuming a stuck thermostat. I found the radiator hose popped off the radiator so didn't think much beyond that. When I put it back and refilled the coolant, the car would not start and was misfiring out of the carb. I pulled the air cleaner and found milky water/oil sludge coming out of the breather that comes from the valve cover. Assuming a blown head gasket, I checked the dipstick but it was still good looking oil. Before I drop the oil pan, can anyone think of a scenario that would cause water in the top end but not crankcase?

    So a Repas receptacle will be interchangeable with my existing belts?

    Thanks for all the input from everyone. So as I understand it, I can use the buckles with silver and the red circle as pictured? Do they mount the same using the large diameter cable to the mounting stud?

    Hello folks, I am still new to these cars. I have these "Auto Flug" seat belts in my 1970. I was wondering if a) these are original or have been changed, and b ) where can I get a replacement for a broken one? Thanks for any help! Kevin

    Thanks for the quick info and link. Correct me if I'm seeing things wrong, but it appears with the setup on the brackets in the link, you have no side to side adjustment of the lights due to the way the light swivel mount is attached at a 90 degree angle to the vertical mounting hole?

    Hello all, new to the forum and 2002s in general. The 1970 02 I have recently acquired has a nice unmolested front bumper that I don't want to drill new holes in. I notice the majority of cars with aux light I'm seeing here on the forum seem to have mounts that go thru the grill and I'm assuming mount to the core support/brace area behind the grill. I am wondering if everybody is fabricating their own mounts or if their is a bracket sold for this purpose? I feel like it would be easy enough to make from angle iron but it would need to be thin enough to fit thru the early metal grill fins and rigid enough to not give the light "the shakes" on a bumpy road. Thanks in advance for any input. -Kevin
