Very nice! What kind of recaros are those? Do you mind giving a rough $ that set you back at the upholsterers?

Where are you located?  I know of an excellent upholstery shop in Redwood City.  Had my Bavaria seats re-done there for $1200 - front and rear in vinyl of course, but they turned out awesome.

Lisa, the seats are really cool

I hope you can pull it all together before May 2cd.  All the estimated times by body / mechanics / upholstery almost always seem to be.. well, very optimistic usually.

ATM, my 68' is at a body shop having a little bit of rust cut out of the very front part of the drivers side rocker panel, new metal welded in, and painted.  I dropped off the car Monday, and to my surprise I think it will be done today or tomorrow!

Wow,  it look like this will be a very extensive restoration.  I had a 73tii that was rusted just like that and I always feared it would just give away someday going over a rough bump in the road.  I certainly hope it makes it to the swap and show this May
