    no i am doing all the work in my garage.

    I got a 3hrs to work on the car. So I took out all the interior pieces. I took off the doors and the qaurter windows.

    you wont get any hate here but you will get the the hey look at this punk walking in here to start crap before he looked at the archives. I like the car and the combo only wondered why. BUT I DONT LIKE THE OWNER. now that said i would have done it to one of the square light cars. but different strokes for different folks. I hope your atleast going to turbo the thing.

    hernia operation been there done that. the s14 block is heavy but do able. my biggest problem is I have to do so much on my own. I like it that way but sometimes you need help and thats when friends have something they have to do.

    bought a new rack to hold all the boxes that are going to accumulate.will take pics later.

    I am watching your build and hope you the best. I am doing the same thing to a 76 automatic. I was wondering do you know the specific wires on the harness to adapt to the 02 harness. I was trying to get aheads up on the electrical.

    trans or my diff went out last night so decided to go ahead with the dismantling of the car was bored and locked out of the house so did a lil rust repair on the hood.

    block and crank are in the shop getting machined and cleaned. will take pics when I pick it up tomorrow.

    So I finally got a hold of a S14B23 complete with Trans,DME,complete harness uncut to finish my project.

    so i spent the weekend trying to fix the gas tank problem i was having. i pulled the old tank out cleaned the ledge of the body. so i can get it ready for the new tank. put it all in and found out the donor tank leaks at the seams. not to self always test tank first. payed 60 for the tank then had to buy por15 gas tank sealer another 40 to seal the seams.

    spent the weekend going through my electrical cause the car wouldn't start. turned out that the connection to the starter relay was bad. so i just jumpered the wire so now you can start it in gear even though its a automatic. oh also the radiator cap was bad had to replace it. cleaned up the engine bay a little to take pictures tomorrow. hopefully it will run for a little while so i can start the bodywork on her. she needs a massage really bad.

    yeap plan on doing alot of body work and patch panels just got to get all the parts togoether.

    put the ireland back brake upgrade on last weekend worked out but had some problems like no directions. nothing distinguishing right from left on the calipers. one of the hubs wasn't ground all the way and then it didnt fit right on. one of the bleeders bolts was not drilled all the way through but fixed it all. the one hub didnt fit all the way so had to put spacers on the caliper. pretty nice feels more updated then a stage coach.
