    Finally done with school put 4 hours of body work into the car past couple of days. I can't lie i love making the car look good but hate body work.

    I bought the black car and got fenders from donor car. Then went to do the body work and seen the black car was to far gone to do anything about it. the re was to much structural rust. I then found a sahara color car for $500 and bought it. The Sahara car had bad front suspension. the black car was fine mechanically. So I canabalised the black car and sent it to JY. I then took all the good parts that were going on the black car and put them on the Sahara car but was short the hood. I then bought the CF hood,rockers,floor pans,driver quarter panel piece. I had the S14 swap since about 2 years ago finally decided to get out of the machine shop.

    went to the machine shop today finally got my S14 block and crank.

    I worked 4 hrs today. I am tired and now its time for a Rum and Coke.

    I was able to get some time in on my car last weekend. I also ordered all new window seals and headliner from BLUNT. I am going to try and pick the motor up today we will see how that goes.

    Ok guys I have asked my dumb question for the month. I am pretty sure there will be more to come. Thanks for helping me realize how stupid it was to ask. Man my sergeant said there is no such thing as a dumb question, he sure did lie to me.

    I was wondering if anyone has driven both a E30m3, and 02S14? What is your opinion? Maybe a 02Tii and a 02S14?

    I did a test fit of my new hood today. The hood still needs some persuading.

    I am 34. I got my first 02 in 2009. A 76 automatic, which was to far gone to repair. I got my second one, a 76 automatic in 2011. We have been together 14 months.

    This is my second 02 same as the black one fjord blue underneath with a automatic after the parts swap from donors more parts to go on.

    Today is just one of those days. I took 3 hrs to get my passenger door off. I can't find my camera at all to take pics. I get so pissed sometimes, I look at the car and say don't you understand I am trying to save your life stop giving me problems. On a good note ordered my hood today trying to get the car ready for bodywork. I will post pics as soon as I can.

    Yea I went to the dealer 4 months ago. They said they can get all but that LF one. I went again the other day was ready to buy everything I could to get my car ready this summer, Still not available.The guy said its not on the mainland, not in Europe and doesn't say when there will be another one.

    I am doing an essay on 02s and pop culture. I was wondering if anyone had any articles about it. I have the article from hemmings.com, and Mobile Tradition. I am also asking about your experiences with owning your car. What made you want to own a 02 in the first place.
