I think from memory the tisa wheels are 6" wide compared to 5 1/2" of my ti rims.
BUT, they seemed to put more than the extra 1/2" on the outside of the rim if you know what i mean.
My idea was to widen some rims to have the same amount of backspace as my ti rims AND the same amount of `frontspacing` as the tisa rims. They could then be 6 1/2" or wider.

Wow, 4 yrs. I can`t believe its been that long. I`ve watched your progress on at least 2 different sites(maybe 3 ?) over that time......and still my own 2000ti sits virtually untouched in my shed..........One day !!!!!

Thanks Mr CD. I guess i kind of knew the radiators would be different.Turns out the car i was asking about runs with an after market temp gauge showing 180`F......as far as i`m concerned it should be fine.
Thanks,Mal.

Can someone please tell me if the auto radiator has a cooling pipe in the bottom tank for the trans oil ?? I`m wondering if a manual radiator will go straight in or not.
If there are oil lines going into the bottom, what fittings do they have on their ends ?
Thanks,Mal.

G`day from Australia.I have an 02 that is made up of a few different cars it seems.
The RH side rear axle has threaded holes for the driveshaft bolts while the LH side hasn`t got threads. It uses nuts on the back instead. Also one rear trailing arm has a sway bar tab while the other doesn`t ??
The RHS with the threads is pretty chewed up too.Looks like it broke the bolts or ran them loose for a while !!
Anyone in Australia got a decent rear stub axle ??

Sounds like the camshaft may have been the problem ??
Petrol here (australia) is about $1.80 per litre with diesel almost $2 per litre. Ouch !!!!

Am i right in assuming that the 2 long bushes go in the mounting part and the 2 short ones go into the adjuster/tensioner mount ???

I`m about to put all new poly bushes in the rear of my car.I have bought the camber and toe adjustable bushes.Which bush do i put on which ?? Does the inner bush adjust the camber or the toe ??
And can i jack both back wheels off the ground at the same time by putting the floor jack under the diff or will i damage the floor ?? And where do i put the stands ?? Under the sills ??

My father had a line burst on a single line `63 ford falcon.Just lucky that no one was killed.
I think the twin line BMW system works like this(at least the RHD ones); The front part of the master feeds the front 2 wheels. The rear part of the master feeds the back brakes AND the 2nd line into the fronts.
One my single line systems the single circuit master has 1 line that goes to the remote booster. The booster has a 3 way connector on the outlet that sends the fluid to the 2 front wheels and 1 to the back wheels.
I`m guessing a LHD car has that conector on the end of the master.I would buy a dual circuit master and bolt it onto your existing booster.Slight bending of the existing brake pipes should give you a MUCH safer braking system.
Just my NON expert opinion.

I plan on `improving` my single line system by adding a dual line master cyl.The front 1/2 of the MC will operate on the original front calipers and the rear 1/2 of the MC will operate the rear brakes. Not sure yet what size master to use and wether i should go with no booster or twin remote boosters. My car is RHD...

I`ve got 2 Ti`s and a Tilux,all RHD.
They come with twin 40 solex`s,not 45`s.
I can take a picture of the linkage setup one of these days if you like.
