Those are the pieces that are rusty in your photos..yes.

Not having done any repairs of that sort on our cars, I don't know the best way of going about it. those are some curvy pieces. The piece underneath won't be seen, so you might be able to "patch" that easier than replacing it.

The piece in the trunk is more visible (at times) and you'd want that to NOT show any repairs.

Then there is the issue of structural integrity. Rust doesn't have much "integrity" -heh, but a hack-job fix will only make it worse.

anyway...

...yes, using your original shock mount, you can use parts 1 and 2 to fix the rusty pieces.
