Crank Pulley Bolt size

I need to adjust my vavles and therefore turn over the motor by hand. What's the size of the crank pulley bolt, and while I'm at the store, I don't have the size for that big bolt on the waterpump pulley. It's a tii motor, no fan (race car), and a 320 radiator. Space is limited because of the radiator, can I get a socket and rachet in there? Looks questionable.
