help keep good threads going

I am finding that really good threads are being forgotten because the forums are listed as newest posted thread, not last replied post. Not only are the good/instructional threads being lost because they are not at the top, but when a question is asked it only gets a few responses and then gets pushed down to the bottom of the page within a day or two and never gets anything else, i fear we are losing input of people who do not regularly check the forum.

actually if you go to your profile at the bottom of the forum page you will find a setting that will allow you to do thread bumping. So it's up to the user to figure out which way they want the forum to act.
